1. What are the different ways I can make a payment?
We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards like Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, and VISA. Additionally, we offer digital payment options like PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Razorpay.
2. Do you offer the option to pay in installments?
Certainly, we offer instalment payments through Shop Installments allows you to split your purchase into 4 interest free payments. Klarna and Afterpay also offer longer-term financing options, where interest may apply depending on the duration you choose. Orders placed using Shop Installments, Klarna, or Afterpay are shipped immediately after the order is confirmed.
If you prefer not to use any of these payment providers, you can email us. ivevar also offers a split-payment option where you can pay a 30% deposit, and the remaining amount can be divided into 3-4 payments. Please note that full payment must be completed before we can ship your order under the ivevar split-payment plan.
3. What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please reach out to us within 2 days. Beyond that, a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.
4. Is it possible to make a partial payment now and pay the remaining amount before the product is shipped?
Certainly, we can begin processing your order with a 30% initial payment. The rest can be paid when your order is ready to ship. Please get in touch with us, and our team will assist you through this process.
