This is a large, multi layered custom pendant by Ivevar Luxury with a medallion style, blending rose and white metal tones.

The main section is a large circle bordered by substantial round cut stones. The background inside the circle features a grid pattern, while the central element is the initials "AK" rendered in a rose gold toned script. The bail (connector) is an elaborate, separate rectangular piece, also fully iced out with white stones and possibly the letters "RST". The pendant combines brilliant round cut moissanite with baguette style stones, creating a visually complex and substantial statement piece with a rich mix of colors and textures.
