The Primal Apex Custom "SB DUCE" Gorilla Moissanite Red Eye Medallion

The Primal Apex is an oversized custom medallion fully iced out in moissanite. A snarling gorilla head in rose gold tone sits at the center, with detailed texture and red stones for the eyes. The custom lettering "SB DUCE" runs across the design, set against a background of baguette cut moissanite and a border of round brilliant moissanite. A large iced-out bail is built into the top of the piece.
